To participate in an auction, you will need to bring a $5,000 cashier's check and a blank personal check to the auction. The only showing is 30 minutes prior to the scheduled auction time. 10% is due at time of sale and you have 30 days to close. All properties are sold as is where is, however, I do guarantee a free and clear title or your money back. Buyer's agents will be paid 1.5% buyer agent fee.
